The eighth mothership title in Namco's [[tales of (series)|Tales Series]]. Devolped by [[Tales of Symphonia|Team Symphonia]], Tales of the Abyss follows the story of the young, secluded noble, [[Luke fon Fabre]], on a journey of political and religious intrigue that changes his attitude about himself and other people for the better. It was released in Japan on the [[Playstation 2]] on December 15, 2005, and in North America on October 10, 2006. Recently received a straight [[Nintendo 3DS]] port in Japan on June 30, 2011, and was released for the first time in Europe on November 24, 2011.
