[[Azur Lane]]'s personification of the Soviet light cruiser [i]Chapayev[/i], the name ship/lead ship of her class. In real life, her design was meant to correct the stability and gunnery issues that plagued [[Kirov (Azur Lane)|]] and her sisters, and was laid down in 1939. Launched just before the German invasion, she was left uncompleted until the war ended and she was only completed in 1950. Her skills (cavalier-themed) reference her namesake, the Russian Revolutionary folk hero Vasily Chapayev. h4.
