[b]Deirdre[/b] (ディアドラ, known as [b]Diadora[/b] in the Japanese version) is a major character from [[Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War]]. She is the wife of [[Sigurd (Fire Emblem)|Sigurd]] and mother of [[Seliph (Fire Emblem)|Seliph]]. [spoiler]Deirdre serves as the cornerstone of the game's entire plot. Some time into the adventure, [[manfroy (fire emblem)|Manfroy]] abducts and brainwashes Deirdre, then presents her to [[Arvis (fire emblem)|Alvis]]; additionally, she is revealed to be King Azmur's long-lost granddaughter and Prince Kult's daughter with Cigyun. Deirdre and Alvis are later married, unaware of their relation as half-siblings, and have twins together: [[Julius (Fire Emblem)|Julius]], vessel of Loptous, and [[Julia (Fire Emblem)|Julia]], vessel of Naga.
