One of the original 6 bosses in the first [[Mega Man (series)|Mega Man]] game. He was originally created for working in a waste management plant. He speaks with a very thick Texan accent, thinking of himself as a big hero with his "Flames of Justice". Ironically enough, he is weak to [[Ice Man]]'s weapon and not vice-versa.
