This is usually the key to a [[chastity_cage]] and in effect a form of [[permanent_chastity]], though this is not strictly required. This can be achieved in a variety of ways, but the important part is that the keys are rendered either unusuable or inaccessible. [[key_melting]] is a subset of this.
