A penis wherein the corona (the ring around the outside of the glans or head of the penis that signals its beginning and is partially connected to the foreskin if intact) has a much larger circumference than normal, often thereby making the typical conically-shaped glans (which allows for easier penetration) far more rounded and almost half-spherical. Very commonly found with the horsecock / equine_penis tags as it is a hallmark of their natural anatomy.
