MTMTE is short for "More Than Meets The Eye" which was one of IDW's Transformers comic book lines (Which was later relaunched as "Lost Light")
MTMTE Propaganda is when an artist sneaks a reference to the comic into their image as a way to subtly influence them to read MTMTE. It Usually occurs in porn relating to the Marvel comics character Gwenpool.
