Breast engorgement is a real-life phenomenon in which a woman's breasts increase in size during the production of breast milk. It can occur for a variety of reasons, including the breasts being too full of milk. It may also cause discomfort and possible long-term issues if not treated. In real life it does not make breasts absolutely massive, so there are probably better tags for that. It is not to be confused with Breast Expansion which is not a real-life phenomenon.
