Genichiro Ashina (葦名弦一郎, Ashina Genichirou) is a Boss in [[sekiro:_shadows_die_twice]]. He was adopted in to the Ashina clan as the grandson of [[ishhin_ashina]], and is the current leader of the clan. Genichiro is responsible for severing [[sekiro]]’s arm during the tutorial boss fight. He then later appears for a second fight. Genichiro dresses like a traditional [[samurai]], wearing a [[kabuto]] [[helmet]] and [[japanese_armor]] under a large [[cloak]]. During the second phase of his second boss fight, genichiro strips down to his pants, exposing his shoulder-length hair and lightning [[scar]]s covering his upper body. He stands at least a head taller than the player. His primary weapons are a [[katana]] and a huge [[bow_(weapon)]] usually worn on his back.
