Kujaku Hime Kada (孔雀姫 華陀), aka Peacock Princess Kada, was one of the 4 Devas of Kabuki District as well as the former captain of the Harusame 4th division. She owned many casinos and gambling parlors. Kada has long, light [[blue_hair]], [[brown_eyes]], and a red [[forehead_mark]]. She has [[pointy_ears]] which give her an elf-like appearance and usually carries a peacock-themed [[hand_fan]]. She wears a white [[chinese]] robe and a golden [[tiara]] on her head.
