Kaisei is the youngest child and only daughter of the Ebisugawa family. She is the younger sister of [[kinkaku]] and [[ginkaku]], as well as the cousin and ex-fiancé of [[shimogamo_yasaburo]]. A fairly young [[tanuki]], as a human Kaisei has [[brown_eyes]] and long, pinkish-[[brown_hair]] in a [[hime_cut]]. She wears a pink [[sweater]], shorts, black [[thighhighs]] and [[cowboy_boots]].
