A character from [i][[gintama]][/i]. Hinowa (日輪), also known as The Sun of Yoshiwara (吉原の太陽), is the highest ranking courtesan/[[oiran]] and de facto leader of Yoshiwara. She is also the adoptive mother of [[seita_(gintama)]], and considers [[tsukuyo]] to be her sister. Hinowa is said to be extremely beautiful, she has [[blue_eyes]] long, [[black_hair]] that is usually kept in a [[geisha]]-like [[updo]]. As a [[prostitute]], Hinowa would wear elaborate [[kimono]]s and hairstyles, but has since switched to a simple, orange kimono. She uses a [[wheelchair]] as she cannot walk on her own feet.
