Refers to any image depicting a character being eaten alive "in pieces" by another character - which can mean being torn apart or having pieces bitten off - or chewed up if the predator is larger than the prey. Some images featuring hard vore involve the prey character being butchered and/or cooked before consumption. Hard Vore should always be tagged as Explicit. Important Note: While most, if not all depictions of Hard Vore are also inherently [[Oral Vore]], it's uncommon to have both tags on a single image. Some examples of exceptions to this general rule would be if a prey character is swallowed after being chewed "in one piece" by a much larger predator character, or if the prey character is swallowed whole after sustaining an injury from being bitten or having pieces torn off of them and eaten. Compare with [[Soft Vore]] which involves the character being swallowed whole and alive, without any injuries from biting or chewing. h4.
