A character stops in place due to a chemical or magical impairment, despite not being physically restrained. Differs from being [[stunned]], which is caused by physical or emotional trauma. There can be overlap if there is ambiguity on whether they've stopped in place due to shock or if they physically can't move. If their nerves are physically broken, use the paralyzed tag.
