Rama XIII (ラルマー13世せい, Rarumā 13-sei; "Rama 13th") is the political and economic ruler of the Kingdom of Thailand, who considers [[Gaolang_Wongsawat]] to be his most trusted subject. Rama is an effeminate young man of Thai descent. He has a straight flowing black hair and a lean yet well-defined musculature.
