The Pig is the last of 12 animals representing the Chinese zodiac. The following are years of the Pig: 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, [[1983]], [[1995]], [[2007]], [[2019]], 2031. A [[year of the dog|Dog year]] always comes before a Pig year, and a [[year of the rat|Rat year]] always comes afterwards in the next 12-year Chinese zodiac animal cycle.
