V3	This tag applies when a character's ass and genitals (and in the case of females, nipples) are all uncovered, but is still technically wearing at least some clothes (torn_clothes, skirt_pull, shirt_lift, etc.). There is some ambiguity on what constitutes "clothes" (stockings, high heels, etc.) so this can overlap with the naked tag, but the tag completely_nude should not apply to the same person in the same image.
