A scatterbrained sorceress who appears in every [[gensou suikoden|Suikoden]] game except Rhapsodia. Viki possesses a Blinking Rune which allows her to teleport plus the Blinking Mirror to quickly travel to towns, but she has a bad habit of sneezing and teleporting somewhere else.
