When one or both pectorals are exposed while the character is wearing upper-body clothing, or is in the middle of undressing.
This includes wearing revealing_clothes, torn_clothes or open_clothes etc.

Do not use this tag in situations where a male character is nude or topless_male|topless.
If the pectorals are partially covered (e.g with tank_tops), use pectoral_cleavage, underpec and/or sidepec instead.
