Oboro was the leader of the Tensho School during the absent of the founder, [[Utsuro_(Gintama)]], and also the strongest [[assassin]] within the Tenshouin Naraku branch. He reappears as a major antagonist in the series following his introduction in the Courtesan of a Nation Arc. Oboro's most remarkable physical trait is the long scar across his face he received during childhood. The dark circles|[[eye_bags]] around his eyes seem to be due to his anemia. He has light-gray [[wavy_hair]] and [[grey_eyes]].
