The Model of 1960 General Purpose Machinegun (M-60 GPMG), commonly known as the [b]M60[/b] is an American 7.62 NATO machinegun in service with the United States armed forces that was officially replaced by the 7.62 NATO M249, which is a derivative of the FN MAG. However, the M60 is still used by the US army as well as many other armies of the world.
