In [[Black Lagoon]], Chaka is an enforcer for the Washimine Group. He fancies himself a real "cowboy" and is fluent in English. Arrogant, cruel and sadistic, he is often seen as an idiot by his Yakuza peers. When [[Washimine Yukio]] becomes the boss of the group, he tries to take control of the leadership by kidnapping her with the help of a street gang, and ends up bringing down the wrath of both [[revy_(black_lagoon)|Revy]] and Yukio's protector [[Matsuzaki Ginji]] upon his head.
