A [[sarashi]] that is too small to adequately cover the torso, resulting in the character's chest/breasts or midriff being exposed. To qualify for this tag, the sarashi wrappings should be reasonably secured tightly on the torso; in other words, it shouldn't be too loosened or mostly unwrapped, otherwise it is an [[undone sarashi]] instead. For female characters, a budget sarashi often takes on the form of very narrow bands of cloth wrapped around the torso that minimally covers their breasts, often resulting in hefty exposure of [[cleavage]] and [[underboob]] (ie. post #4901661). h4.
