The lower portion consists of a [[black skirt|black]] [[pleated skirt|pleated]] [[miniskirt]] which is attached to the top by means of a nondescript black strap. She wears [[ribbon-trimmed legwear|ribbon-trimmed]], [[white legwear|white]] [[thighhighs]] and short, [[rudder footwear|rudder]] high heels with a cat's paw under each shoe.
