A style of gradient best known for its use in the various [[final_fantasy]] logos. A gradient that is internally 'flat' (meaning not a lot of fancy shading and highlighting) and almost always moves in 'rainbow' order (red-orange-yellow-green-blue-purple-red). Usually applies to only one object in the foreground of the scene, which is greatly contrasted with the rest of the scene.
