The true form of Toya Hachijo, and the Witch of the Theater. She is said to have been the Game Master for countless other games in the past, though she has long-forgotten them. She possesses a crescent-shaped device which floats around her head, serving as a memory aid which maintains traits such as her name, appearance, and personality. She has Ange read the story of Dawn of the Golden Witch and challenges her to find the truth about it. While it is not confirmed they are the same character, she is nearly identical in appearance to the character Eua (エウア) from the anime Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Gou.
