The "Destroyer of Worlds". Lead Rider of [[Kamen Rider DCD]], nineteenth show of the Kamen Rider series and tenth of the Heisei generation. [[Kadoya Tsukasa]] is an arrogant photographer with no memory of his past, driven to save his own dimension by traveling to 9 other dimensions under the protection of the 9 previous Heisei Riders. Decade has a magenta color scheme, and is based on the shield bug [i]graphosoma lineatum[/i] and barcodes. He can transform into the nine previous Heisei Riders, as well as use their abilities via the Kamen Ride Cards.
