The male protagonist of [[Tales of Symphonia Knight of Ratatosk]]. Emil is a wimpy, soft-spoken boy who forms a pact with [[Tenebrae]] to become a Knight of Ratatosk to protect [[Marta Lualdi]]. When he channels these powers, he becomes much more aggressive, and his eyes turn red. This form is given the nickname "Ratatosk Mode". Emil bears a grudge against [[Lloyd Irving]] because he believes the hero was responsible for the massacre that killed his parents. His seiyuu is [[Shimono Hiro]].
