Though he is fierce and hot-blooded when fighting, he is very polite and docile outside of the battlefied. He has [[yellow eyes]] and [[red hair]] tied back in a [[ponytail]]. He wears [[Japanese clothes]] in both his regular and Internal affairs outfits. He has a [[tattoo]] on his chest based on the inscription on the [[tonbokiri|real Tonbokiri]]; it reads [i]ha hrīḥ sa[/i] (seed syllables for [[Ksitigarbha]], [[Amitabha]], and [[guanyin|Avalokitesvara]], respectively) in [[Siddham]].
