최번개 (チョイ・ボンゲ) [[The King of Fighters]] character. He is a small criminal (a contrast to [[Chang Koehan]]'s big) who fights using his personal-made claws. He has since learned a little bit of taekwondo thanks to [[Kim Kaphwan]]'s training regime (namely the Hishou Kyaku, in which he does a diving Dynamic Entry-like kick that keeps hitting the enemy until Choi lands, and the Hienzan, in which he does a perfect backflip kick), as well as the Hou'ou Kyaku (a taekwondo ranbu).
