True to her lore, she is portrayed with [[heterochromia|heterochromic]] [[purple eyes|purple]] and [[blue eyes]], dark [[purple hair]], [[horns]], and differently-colored [[crystal wings]]. h4. Personality She is the designated "virtual singer/VSinger" of Hololive (compare with [[AZKi (hololive)|]]). Her career began quite inauspiciously when her Twitter account was temporarily restricted due to excessive activity as enthused fans began to Follow in droves shortly after her first-ever "tweet":[https://twitter.com/irys_en/status/1412577406322282501]. True to her origin, IRyS has a bright cheerful personality, though she tends to behave chaotically, occasionally dropping "out of context" jokes at times (both intentionally and unintentionally). She also likes to make [[pun]]s out of her name by adding the "IRyS-" prefix or the "-RyS" suffix to any random words, such as her greeting "HIRyS", her Nintendo account name "Iry[[nintendo switch|Switch]]", and the chat's tendency to call her "YabaiRyS" when she starts talking about "cursed" topics. She's also easily one of the most fluent Japanese speakers in Hololive English, which leads to her frequent collab streams with HoloJP members. IRyS has a close relationship with [[Hakos Baelz]], with them often involved in a quasi-[[yuri]] situation. Most notably being assertive over Bae and insisted that they are "married" only to be "rejected" and declared "divorced" by Bae later. This has reached the point that both of them once jointly hosted a "waifu dub" streams with IRyS took control of Bae's avatar and vice-versa. h4.
