Originally appearing as a mysterious hooded man, Chougi was brought over to the player's Citadel from the government. He is polite with the Saniwa, but he is proud of his status as the original Yamanbagiri, and won't let people he considers inferior, such as [[Yamanbagiri Kunihiro]] or [[Nansen Ichimonji]], off with that fact.
