A roving Guild member who runs into [[neptune (neptune series)|Neptune]] and [[Compa]] while both parties were exploring a dungeon in Planeptune during the course of [[choujigen game neptune|Hyperdimension Neptunia]]. IF is rather rude to both of them initially, saying that Neptune is beneath her, but grows to admire her and Compa as time passes while she travels with them throughout all of Gamindustri. She has a relaxed personality and a sarcastic sense of humor. IF is also headstrong, wishing to finish the most important task before anything else. IF wears a [[black_tank_top|black and silver tank top]], [[black_shorts|black]] [[short shorts]], and a belt with a buckle that bears her name. Over that she wears an [[open jacket|open]] [[blue jacket]] that's [[oversized_clothes|a few sizes too big]], and sometimes complains in battle about how her sleeves are too long. Around the back of that jacket are IF's many cellphones kept in their cases. Her [[long_hair|long]], [[brown hair]] just barely reaches her waist, some of it tied in a [[one side up]] by a leafy [[green bow]] that compliments her [[green eyes]]. She has an alternate form (Flame Awakening) added in [[choujigen taisen neptune vs sega hard girls|Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls]], with [[red eyes]] and [[blonde hair]], and the color motif of her clothes changes to red and black.
