A spoiled boy who comes from a rich family and has [[fushimi yuzuru|Yuzuru Fushimi]] as his personal servant. He loves having the spotlight on him and always demands attention. Tori is in the student council secretary and passionately admires [[tenshouin eichi|Eichi Tenshouin]]. He becomes very smitten and attached to [[anzu (ensemble stars!)|Anzu]] since the beginning of the story, treating her like his servant and demanding attention from her.
