[[Original]] [[otter]] character drawn by [[Uchida Shuu]] as a concept character for [[Kancolle Arcade]] (see post #3442956). Name literally means "I'm Otter" (as Uchida herself wrote on her illustration). The paper otter was later made into a real life [[mascot]] for the 2019 [[kantai_collection|KanColle]] Zuiun and Reppu Paradise Festival at the Yokusuka Seaside Paradise Amusement Park. h4.
