Wiki History Listing

V1 Attire that is made of pre-20th century pieces of clothing.

Nowdays, what classifies as a traditional military uniform can be considered european clothing. Other examples, such as : Doublets, Sans-cullotes garments, ascots, cravats, court dresses with a post-roman era cut, tailcoats, tophats, etc. all of them belong in this category.

Rule of the thumb : if the outfit is something made between the Fall of the Roman Empire and the Art Deco period, originated from some part of the european continent and was in fashion between the aformentioned periods, then, add the tag.

The definition is quite broad, but remember, the conical hat -the symbol of feminity in europe for some time- was adopted from a cerain horse-riding tribe. Therefore, any piece of attire, adopted from other people, tribes, continents, etc. has no part in this pool/tag.
