Main character in [i][[Tokyo Ghoul]][/i]. He also appears in [[Tokyo Ghoul:re]]. [spoilers]First he is shown as [[Sasaki Haise]] after a timeskip, but later becomes Ken Kaneki again.[/spoilers] In the first season he´s shown with [[short hair|short]] [[black hair]], but suffers from Marie Antoinette Syndrom and gets [[white hair]] instead. He becomes a ghoul in the first season due to an operation, where he gets the [[Kagune (tokyo ghoul)|]] from [[Kamishiro Rize]]. While he´s not a true ghoul, he is called an one-eyed ghoul, because only his right eye turns [[red eyes|red]] with complete [[black sclera]]. This is the reason why he wears an [[eyepatch]].
