V1 Neptuneman is one of the main antagonists of the Dream Tag Tournament arc in [[Kinnikuman]], along with [[Big the Budo]]. Based on [[Hulk Hogan]], Neptuneman copies his moves and personality, down to his signature Axe Bomber. Formerly known as Kenkaman/Quarrelman. After his loss to Kinnikuman in the Dream Tag Tournament, he would go on to help him in the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne as The Samurai.
