Ayra is a [[black hair|black-haired]] swordswoman from the first generation of [[Fire Emblem: Genealogy of The Holy War]]. Ayra holds the honor of being the first Swordmaster in the series, as well as being the first 'true' member of the Nabarl archetype. She is vehemently protective of her half-nephew [[Shannan (Fire Emblem)|]], the only child of her brother Mariccle, the Isaachian crown prince. Together with one of several first-generation men, she can have two children: [[Larcei (Fire Emblem)|]], her daughter, who can be told apart from her mother by her shorter hair and dress, as well as her armor having a gold trim; and [[Scathach (fire emblem)|]], her son.
