He is the elder cousin of [[Larcei (Fire Emblem)|]] and [[Scathach (fire emblem)|]]. Together with [[Oifey (Fire Emblem)|]], Shannan raised [[Seliph (Fire Emblem)|]], his cousins and their fellow descendants of the first-generation party in the northern Isaachian village of Tirnanog.
