A stone with the shape and size of an egg, with facial features that can: * Be randomly arranged, as in post #348718. * Form a grotesque blood-crying face, as in post #455148. [spoiler]The Behelit acts as a key to the realm of the God Hand. Through the working of Causality, it finds its way to the hand of a person who eventually reaches his or her lowest point of despair, upon which the Behelit activates by forming the grotesque blood-crying face above and screaming. This summons the God Hand for a special ceremony that usually ends with the bearer sacrificing someone dear to them in order to become an Apostle. Most Behelits are blue, green or yellow.
