V1 Chidejika (地デジカ) is a [[mascot]] created as a spokesperson for Japan’s National Association of Broadcasters as a preparation for Japanese TV stations to switch to digital programming by July 24, 2011. Chidejika is an upright-walking deer wearing a yellow leotard.

The name actually means "terrestrial digitalization." The chi (地) means earth. Deji (デジ) is short for digital. Jika (ジカ) means deer.

The mascot was created after the association dropped its original spokesperson, SMAP's Kusanagi Tsuyoshi, following his arrest for indecent exposure. Kusanagi was later reinstated, thus sharing the spokesperson position with Chidejika.
