[[The King of Fighters]] character, pronounced "Chang-Ko-Han". He is a big fat criminal (a contrast to [[Choi Bounge]]'s small) who fights using a giant iron [[ball and chain (weapon)|ball and chain weapon]]. He has since learned a little bit of taekwondo thanks to [[Kim Kaphwan]]'s training regime (namely, the Tekyuu Hien Zan, in which Chang does a backflip kick only to fall later on).
