E-4 Stage boss of [[Kantai Collection]]'s Fall 2014 Event based on the Western New Guinea campaign. She has [[very long hair|very long]] [[white hair]] and [[orange eyes]]. She wears a [[short dress|short]] [[ribbed_dress|ribbed]] [[black dress|black]] [[sailor dress]] with long [[detached sleeves]], black gloves, and [[black legwear|black]] [[thighhighs]]. Her most prominent feature is her giant black [[armored boots|armored]] [[knee boots]]. Speculated to be [[shoukaku (kancolle)|Shoukaku]] as an [[abyssal ship]]. Shoukaku was sunk during the "Battle of the Philippine Sea":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Philippine_Sea, which is what E-4 represents. Aircraft Carrier Water Oni also resembles Shoukaku visually (Similar facial structure and hair style, bulky footwear, hair ornaments across her head exactly where Shoukaku's hairband is).
