V1 Main protagonist of [i][[Mighty No. 9]][/i], and a spiritual analogue to [[Mega Man (character)|]].

He is the latest creation of [[William White|Professor William White]] and 9th line of the Mighty Numbers. He posses abilities similar to his spiritual predecessor, however he also has the ability to "AcXelerate", which allows him dash quickly around his environment similarly to [[Mega Man X (series)|]] and can be used to not only quickly defeat most weakened enemies, but also gain power-ups from them as well. He also has the ability of "ReXelection", where Beck transforms his body to harness abilities gained from the Mighty Numbers. Like X, Beck has human-like emotions and the ability to think freely, as well as kind-hearted personality, however he has self-doubts about his abilities and being able to live up to his family's reputation.

[spoiler]Beck is also the third attempt of Professor White's ongoing experiments of creating an freely-evolving robot that can manipulate and assimilate Xels, the others being [[ray_(mighty_no._9)|Ray]] and [[trinity_(mighty_no._9)|Trinity]], both of whom ended up with disastrous results, however Beck was the only one that functioned properly.[/spoiler]

Prior to [i]Mighty No. 9[/i], Beck made an early appearance in [i][[Mighty Gunvolt]][/i], a retro-inspired run-and-gun game also produced by Inti Creates alongside [[Gunvolt]] from [i]Azure Striker Gunvolt[/i] and [[ekoro (galgun)|Ekoro]] from [i]Gal☆Gun[/i], as well as its sequel, [i][[Mighty Gunvolt Burst]][/i].
