h4. Biography A [[Virtual YouTuber]] who is a member of [i][[hololive]][/i] Generation 0. Former member of the [i]hololive[/i] music label [i]INNK Music[/i]. Debuted as an [[indie virtual youtuber|independent VTuber]]. Unlike many other Hololive members, Suisei had a rough start. She debuted on 2018‒03‒22 as an independent VTuber to little fanfare. She then auditioned for [i]hololive[/i] several times but failed. However, [[Yagoo]] personally scouted Suisei for [i]INNK Music[/i] in 2019, noting her determination. Suisei was given special permission to retain her original VTuber avatar. On 2019‒12‒01, she was transferred to [i]hololive[/i] Generation "0" — a special generation comprising of VTubers that joined outside of the normal recruitment process. Additionally, her avatar was updated to its current depiction. On 2021‒01‒30, she held a mock debut stream in which she proclaimed herself a member of Generation 0 of "[i]hololive[/i] Space" and showed two hastily‒scribbled mock avatars for the fake group: [[Sata An]] and [[Moku Seiko]].
