One of the many "Sisters" - clones of [[Misaka Mikoto]]. 9982, as her name implies, was the 9982nd of 20,000. She was also the first one with which the Railgun had contact, and received a Gekota pin as a "present" from her original, a feature that usually distinguishes her from the other identical clones.
