It has a deep blue body and a white chin area with two small spikes protruding under it. It is the lord of the sea and has the power to expand the ocean. Kyogre came into conflict with [[Groudon]], that has the ability to expand the continents. The conflict was eventually eased by [[Rayquaza]] and both fell asleep. It can undergo [i]Primal Reversion[/i] to become [[Primal Kyogre]] if it holds the [i]Blue Orb[/i].
