Carmine (カーマイン) is a character who appears in Under Night In-Birth. He is an unallied In-Birth who fights just for his own enjoyment. His EXS ability allows him to manipulate and weaponize his own blood. His violent tendencies quickly earned him a reputation on the streets of Kanzakai as Carmine-Prime. He is motivated by making others feel pain and revels in suffering of others. He attends the same school as Hyde (Under Night In-Birth)|Hyde. Hyde and Carmine often trade insults with each other, such as Hyde calling him "Crawfish", and Carmine calling him "Clownfish".
