A character from [[Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei]]. Older brother to [[itoshiki_nozomu|Nozomu]] (both of whom look almost identical) and [[itoshiki_rin|Rin]], as well as a doctor who runs his own private clinic. However, like his siblings, his name also has an unfortunate connotation when compressed: his name can read as "絶命" - "zetsumei" ("death") - which explains the rarity of his patients.
